Laminating line for industrial dough sheet production - Fritsch LAMINATOR 3000
Suitable for many kinds of dough: short dough, puff pastry, Danish and yeast dough, soft dough types of modern, rustic bakery products such as baguettes or ciabatta bread.
Production line used for unfilled and filled Croissants.
