What a fantastic tutorial! I haven’t got any fresh corn, do you think the dried ones that are for tamales would work as I’d love to make my daughter one for the school harvest festival.
Yup, dried ones work fine, I use 'em all the time. You just want to make sure to soak the husks in some warm water for a few minutes first to make them nice and pliable.
Been busy harvesting broomcorn, and haven't had a chance to make any new videos lately, so here's a repost of a favorite #autumn craft: #cornhushdolls ua-cam.com/video/TF4ba29oyxI/v-deo.html
Sure. The corn should be coming on in another month or two, so I'll have fresh husks and make a few more corn husk doll tutorials. I'll let you know when I get them posted.

The entire time I kept thinking of Sif, Thor's wife.
Why Sif?
@@Thewoodlandelf I'm not sure. I think because of her hair.
Hmm, I should figure out how to make some corn husk armor and get her a sword, lol. Then she just needs a good-looking corn husk husband with hammer 😉

Ok, just got a new corn doll tutorial up for you. Since it's getting near Halloween, it's a little corn husk witch doll.
Um I eat corn for breakfast ma’am
Well, be sure to save the husks and you can make a few corn husk dolls out of 'em then.
