This cake is absolutely beautiful. All of your cakes are beautiful. But... I'm guessing you have to take all that stuff and trim off to serve the part of the cake for people to eat? ... I mean I know the fondent and paste/gum stuff is technically edible. But would anyone really like the taste of it? I'm just asking, because I'd like to make something like this or the Princess carriage or castle, or princess dress cookies etc, for kids birthdays. But not sure anyone would really want to eat it. Or are they mostly decoration and on not the main birthday cake?.. because it seems like alot of work for cakes that might not be enjoyed when it comes to actually eating it?
