So the Liszt catalogue notates the second version of Huguenots Fantasy as S.412iii, and the third version as S.412ii. Also the 3rd version, played by Arnaldo Cohen, was not written by Liszt, but made by publisher's mistake. Many thanks to the chief editor of Neue Liszt-Ausgabe, Adrienne Kaczmarczyk.
*Edit: Later Howard renumbered the 2nd version as S.412ii, and 3rd version as S.412iii. Thanks to Minkyu Kim for the correction :)

A little clarification about the wording: every note that Arnaldo Cohen plays on the Naxos CD was written by Liszt, of course. (I know that you know this, it's just some people might misunderstand your comment.) It's that this so-called 3rd version supplies the 1st version with the ending of the 2nd version - and the Neue Liszt-Ausgabe deems it unlikely that this choice originates with Liszt. And they are probably correct, based on the sound logic of their argument (I'd say I'm 75% convinced:). I am still grateful for the potential editorial mistake that spawned the phantom-version though, because it works as a united compisition and it gave Arnaldo Cohen an opportunity to unleash his magic. :)

@@gergelykiss Of course I'm aware of the fact that all materials from the 3rd version of 'Réminiscences des Huguenots' were written by Liszt, and whether the juxtaposition of sheet music is intended by Liszt or not it is united very well. But I'm 100% convinced of the NLA's argument after looking up for the sheet music ; You may look for the sheet music of the 3rd version of it at IMSLP, with the strange page number and the marking of "2te veränderte einzig rechtmässige Ausgabe" at the last page.
Nevertheless I agree your comment that you're grateful for the editorial mistake that spawned the 'phantom-version' - with combination of Arnaldo Cohen's unparalleled performance it sounds best among all Huguenots Fantasy versions, and therefore it is the best-known version to public.

So if I understand it correctly Liszt writes 1st version of this. Later he revises it and makes a 2nd version And publisher makes a little mistake and creates a 3rd version mixature of 1st and 2nd?
