you can see it's fake because if you look at other houses, there's vines which is unnatural and if you look in the chest, it has loot that is impossible to get, knowing that emerald was rarer then diamond and there's many potions in there. also it isn't possible to get 46 emeralds in a single chest so yeah.
If you’d want to make it more real you should have shoved fifty random things in your inventory. Barely anyone in survival mode would have a clean inventory…
