My camera simply cannot turn on, the blue light it’s on for seconds but the screen continue to be black, has something I can do to make the camera work?

What is the point of spending extra money on this when you can just use your phone? any phone newer than 5 years old will record better quality than this.

No beginner.. absolutely no one should be using this camera for anything outside of pranks. It's not 4k Ultra HD it's not 48MP its all lies... No stabilization, no autofocus or manual focus, its worse than a phone from 2005... and I'm not exaggerating...

the 4k upscaling here is awful, I'd much rather get an samsung s6 edge, it has better 4k video than this "professional camera"
