- Noticing that this yard wasn't being mowed, I decided to locate the owner and offer to mow it down for them for free. I saw her out one day in her vehicle and approached her. She said right away to me that "the home is not for sale", thinking that I was some sort of home buyer. I chuckled and said, "I'm not here to make you an offer on the house; I'm here to offer you a free lawn cleanup."

I drove around my town, didn't see one growed up house, even the ones for sale that looked vacant were mowed.

He's one of my favorites too, especially in this country. There are a couple in Australia you'd probably like. Blade Mate Lawn care and Tim the Lawnmower Man. Both very meticulous, like Fill.
Great job and it was nice to see the neighbors paying compliments as they went by. I'm sure it makes them feel good to see that wild lawn tamed.

I just think some of the other neighbouring houses enjoy hiding a bit behind these overgrown ones and then BAM TA-DA!! everything cut down, cleaned up and they're exposed - love it!!

Agreed! He does such a good job taking all the old dirt and clippings away. What a huge difference, and the reason I love his channel. He's so professional and does an A-1 job! Now all of those commuters will enjoy their drive home much more and the neighborhood seems to appreciate it, too.
It’s hard sometimes when I see these gardens, not to judge the owner. Then I think that I don’t know the situation they are in, or how they found themselves in the pickle!

I was glad I was sitting down when the spring box wire rake appeared, I used to use one 30 years ago! Lol. I never thought I'd see one used again with all the modern gagets and tools for gardening!

Another exceptional transformation!! The power broom sure cuts down on time just blowing it all. Great investment. Surely she will be motivated to pick up the backyard some so you can do that also. You shouldn't have to pick up all the clutter also. Well done once again Fill.!

That Toro mower really cuts the grass and weeds. I'm sure there's weekly routine of sharpening the cutting blades. I really dig that powered sweeper.

I’ve seen all your videos but this looks s my favorite. It had everything in it. Mowing, shoveling, removing the clippings, perfect lines, not blowing all the dirt into the lawn etc. Loved it.

There used to be a time when people in the neighborhoods would see that someone was unable to care for their lawns, or even general maintenance, and would come together and help them. Not anymore. People are all about themselves now. 😒
