What Id like people to know..as a teenager I worked for an Immigrant Baker...and it is Hard Work..you're on your feet for long hours around hot ovens...rolling out dough..shaping it..making cakes, cookies, pies, bread, strudels to wedding cakes! 🍰 🍪 🍞 keep bringing exceptional stories..what a testament to not only survival..but lived to a ripe old age! Very touching! 💝
The best and most heart warming story I have ever seen in your show.Thank you Mr Jucker for making America and Texas better for us all.Im sorry you had to go through that horrible ordeal Mr Jucker
I’m always shocked when I meet someone in person or see a video or read a story of someone who’s survived the holocaust it’s a complete miracle and what a blessing that this family is here and so successful I wish I could visit this bakery. The breads and pastries look delicious
If you live anywhere near North Texas, you could meet with a Holocaust survivor herself if you're interested. She's a good friend of my family, and is over 100 years old!
I used to live down the street from this place Absolutely amazing place and the staff are very very good people I was there during hurricane Harvey it was no joke
Thanks for another wonder episode. I started watching you years ago on RFDTV; which I no longer get. I smile every time you post a new (or old) episode. The world is in a strange place right now and this episode served to brighten my day as they all do, but to also put our current situation into prospective against a truly horrible time in our history.
Amazing story of perseverance and and blessing. In a society where some despise everything this nation stands for, it is refreshing to hear stories like this that remind you that there is no other nation like we are blesses to live in.
This one broke my heart, God bless those from this time I hope and pray we never have to endure something like that again. This is the reason we should not water down our actual history.
I love this. My family was from Breslau, Germany, now Wroclaw, Poland. Most of them perished in the holocaust. We will visit next time we're in Houston!
I wanted nothing more than to work for my family's business. Unfortunately the patriarch died before I was born an our well services company went under. The oilfield is hell to work in but if your family's name is on the work trucks its a little easier to swallow.
Its not related but from watching several episodes of tcr, i realized small businesses owned by immigrants are the back bone of the economy. If it is not for the welcoming immigration policies in the past, many of us didn't get a chance to be here. I think of the current situation with the anti immigrant sentiment from some Americans, and it just make me feel sad.
God bless you guy's!!!
Makes me feel better about being an American these days and a proud Texan !!!
1,000 more years 3 brothers!!!
Hard to believe people had to go through that ? God Bless him & his Family! What a wonderful story, Thanks.

I started going to 3 Brother's Bakery back in 1972, while in Radiology School. Thanks for reminding me of great memories. I'll be returning, soon
Inspirational human spirit. Thank you for sharing

I’m glad your father and uncles decided to settle in Texas. We are a better state for it.

What a story. Really enjoyed this video. I will be going to this bakery to help out and enjoy some delicious goods. No excuse; I work 10 mins. away.
Moral of the story: Build a foundation before you start living a dream.

1:53 It's played in reverse. Unless he is unrolling his bun dough that he already rolled.
Never heard of them until now!
Man now I am starving......
Best bagels ever
They are also way too expensive.
jews
Looks like the raza is keeping this business afloat but no mention of that lol 🇲🇽
I think that I heard that they are Polish descendants. Why are the names of the breads ad pastries German names?

Texas raised Jewish Polish Bakery? Sign me up
Cute
Do you remember being in the concentration camp?
Did she seriously ask him that???
Wish they weren't 4 hours away from Dallas!!
That gigantic cake made me sad. It's too decadent. How does one go from a concentration camp to that? We should not forget where we come from. 😥😥😥
The overconfident study totally boil because ground namely scrub down a wooden vacuum. quizzical, imperfect metal
I heard that 3 brothers bakery the brothers are Jewish so they have a lot of stuff for celebration for Jewish celebration etc shalom leculam
