You can also do this: place a tv on trunk and place a trunk and open trunk for a little and grab the tv (make sure it’s not that wide so it doesn’t fall off) and then grab the tv and go to driver seat and boom you can drive freely without gasoline (make sure that the handbrake is also down)

Check for objects that might block the wheel and keep pressing w, sometimes it takes a while to start. If your van is too heavy, that might explain it too
