Praise the Lord for the sermon on the Mount. Jesus didn't leave us comfortless. Praise Him for His promises. And I am thankful for this ministry. Still praying for unsaved loved ones. It feels like Jesus could return any day. Blessings everyone from 🇨🇦

The immense horror for the 1st time, realizing the great capacity and depravity we have as continual sinners in the sin nature. As long as we are and live in the flesh, there is NO HOPE. When that reality sets in, that we are prisoners of our own peril, it brings us to look to one outside ourselves great enough, strong enough to rescue us from the quicksand pulling us down and in. The contrite mourning does help as we learn to submit to His will, to cleanse, forgive and sanctify us, but until we go home to be with Him, this will always be the struggle Paul spoke of in Romans torn and at His mercy. We cannot repent if we think all is well.
