Hi Katrina, I purchased the same chain you got but, my screws are not going all the way through. Did you have the same problem?, Also,. what can I do to prevent from falling? I added uv resin and cured it but it did not stay.

I am also a Betty Boop Lover. But many people do not know that the original Betty Boop was African American (Esther Jones). I have three adult girls and when I started my journey in creating seriously I made them the original Betty Boop items. They were shock that I gave them the information regarding the original Betty. Her identity was switched into a person of non color for a cartoon about her. They got the Boop-Oop-a-Doop from Esther Jones because it was a part of her scatting in a night club. It is said that Esther Jones never received any money from the duplicated Betty Boop proceeds.
Great tutorial! I love the tumblers! I was just curious as to whether or not they would be a trademark infringement if they were sold? I’m just asking because I’m about to start my sublimation journey within a couple of months.
You can do his style with any other design some people leave out the coach or brand so by all means do that

How are you handling Trademark/copyright issues with Coach and Betty Boop, since you are planning on selling to the public on your website? Were the prints purchased with the licenses already attached? I have been hearing some horror stories and was wondering how you were handling it.

I am wondering the same thing. I do not purchase any trademark or copyright items unless their description states they have a commercial use license and i purchase a ton off Etsy for personal use. Im starting my sublimation journey and out here researching all the rules/ guidelines and some people just try and see what they can get away with. She clearly states she is selling those in her Etsy store without stating she has a commercial use license. I'm hoping she is using her own designs.

@evewarren2398 HI there! In order to have the licensing, you have to purchase it. If that designer pays for "Coach" commercial use The seller can sell the product. Each individual selling anything trademarked or copyrighted only protects them to sell not every person that buys it from them. I noticed not one person selling these has "Coach, Prada, LV etc..... in the title of that artwork and none of the listings state they have a commercial use license. If I paid for a commercial use License I would have it in my product description Title. For example, if you want to sell any Disney image you have to pay for the Commercial use License which is approximately $10,000. If I'm paying Disney $10,000 to have rights to use and sell their material, I would be shouting it from the rooftops, putting it in my Title, noting it in my description, unfortunately, people have no understanding of this and just purchase willy nilly. Look at the Luke Combs incident that just happened. She got caught using his face and name because she is a fan and wanted to share that. Granted, he made it up to her. Apparently, he had no knowledge that this company caught her and was suing her. Could have cost her $250,000.
@@evewarren2398 I don’t think that trues. Especially since she has previously made a video saying she was banned from selling on Etsy for copyright infringement when she was selling Disney designs without a license.
Hello, question… Why do the tumblers not have a whole in the lid for hot drinks? The lid slide off from the steam/pressure? Just seeing if you ever got asked. I know you don’t make the tumblers but I know you been in the game for a while. I’m trying to start and I just thought about that. By the way… I love your videos and the info. You really inspire me😊
To be honest I never put hot drink Ms in the 20 oz tumblers. I always just the coffee tumblers the ones with secure lids It says hot and cold but people really only use them for cold drinks

May I ask why you don’t use the paper cutter to remove all the white versus scissors? I cannot cut straight with scissors for the life of me. lol. Thanks for this tutorial! I have bought all the things to do it but haven’t tried it yet
If it’s a thin line I just use a scissor. Depending on the size of your cutter sometimes it can’t go under if you know what I mean
I thought I was the only person who couldn’t cut straight

Hi Katrina I noticed you tape the bottoms now. You didn't before. You even mention that in your biggest tumbler order video, just wondering why you tape the bottom now.
After time I saw that if I taped them right I got more accuracy than when I didn’t. Some would cause ghosting if I didn’t so now yes I tape them.
