There are actually two Aussie members in Stray Kids! Bang Chan (1:51 vocalist, rapper, producer, and leader) and Felix (2:34 deep voiced rapper and lead dancer) and when Felix speaks in English, his voice is even deeper😂. They both still have really strong Aussie accents when they speak English too! You can actually hear both Chan and Felix’s accents a little bit in this song during the English parts of their lines!

I just love Stray Kids' wordplay in a lot of their titles.
God's Menu (신메뉴) doesn't literally mean like the God God. But in Korean, 신메뉴 or shin-menyu means something new to the menu. Like maybe a new flavor being introduced or a totally new item on the menu of a restaurant. That's why they kept singing about how they always bring something new to their music. But they used the hanja or chinese symbol for God (神) which makes it also mean that they're serving God's menu through their music!
Then the one you mentioned, GO生 (english title, "GO LIVE") which is pronounced as *go-sæng.* This word in korean (고생) actually means "hardship." Here, they used the chinese symbol for "Life" and it's about going through hardships and always feel like you're running out of time. The song's message is that live your life without being so hard on yourself. Go live.
