      Sure thing bro! In criterium races like these, it’s less about endurance and more to power.
      A good way to train for criteriums is to do micro intervals (1 min ON, 1 min OFF) or even shorter. It targets your ability to have a huge burst, and recover quickly.
      Of course, these are some basic examples to structured training. A few places where I get my knowledge from:
      TrainerRoad’s Podcast (all things cycling)
      The SUF (training purpose)
      NorCal Cycling UA-cam channel (race knowledge)
