Jeff Lynne is so humble and a real class act. Does he know he is a music god? The best overall musician ever in Pop Rock Music...The inventor of pure Classical Rock...Put him in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame right now!!!
My absolute fellow Brummie hero. Loved ELO all my life, and to get to see him on stage again at The Barclaycard Arena Birmingham after alllllll these years made my year.
Such a beautiful talented man. His music is the beautifullest; I am truly so proud of Jeff Lynne. You are the bestest, I love you, Jeff Lynne!!!! I went to his concert in Dallas, TX, and ah it was the beautifullest, so miraculous. Jeff brings blue skies and miracles wherever he goes!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
From 1972 to 1986 Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra has had more top 40 hits than any other group in the world. More than 50 years later they still play in sold-out Arenas and Stadiums. I saw them in the Summer of 2019 on the North American Tour...( Best Concert of my life) All the reviews agree they are the best live act in the world and Jeff Lynne is a Music Genius. They are in the Rock Hall of Fame. Lynne is on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame and Birmingham Walk OF Fame. Jeff Lynne’s ELO won the Best Classic Rock Band plus Lynne won the best songwriter award ( ASCAP ) 2019 for his fantastic contribution over the years. Lynne was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2020 for his incredible contribution to music. He also created the best Super Group of all time with his best friend George Harrison, The Traveling Wilburys. The Legends in the Music Industry call Jeff Lynne the best overall Musician ever and a Producer Extraordinaire. Jeff Lynne has written and produced many hit songs for music legends like George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, Brian Wilson, Paul McCartney, Bryan Adams, Aerosmith, Del Shannon, the Everly Brothers, and so many others... Long live Jeff Lynne’s ELO! Please Tour in 2023...
i listened to it on the radio going to work and it blew me away, brought back alot of memories. was great hearing the old songs. especially my favourite Wild west hero. well done jeff, youre a legend.
I tried to go see you in America but couldn’t. You are the best rock musician best song writer and producer ever. I live in Cheyenne Wyoming and can’t imagine you ever coming here.
Elo.my music in my teens 40 years ago.love them to the core.john Lennon once said if Beatles had carry on to the seventies, they would sound like elo.thanks Jeff for giving me beautiful music.
We love Jeff! He behaves just like one of us yet he is so extraordinarily talented. His band all look like they are having the time of their life up there in stage and he gives them all equal credit. I am so pleased he has resurrected ELO and long may he reign
It says something, but as a classical musician, I seldom listen to pop concerts; not that I dislike pop. ELO? Jeff Lynne? Better than watching sport, I thought. Well guys, I was absolutely blown away by the songs, the talent, the performances and the music arranging; not to mention the crazy crowd loving every minute. Fabulous!
What a humble guy, you can't help but love Jeff. The man is a rock star LEGEND, yet here he is saying he was a "bit scared" of his first big music festival.
So Modest, so polite so humble,, yet brilliant,, the very best pop modern classic and orchestral musician of all time!! And Jo Whiley is a bit o.. too.. But it has to be said,, the Langley sisters,, simply blast the the scene , with their beauty and brilliance!!!! Yes, I am in love ,, all over again!!
Which one of todays so called stars will be playing Glastonbury or anywhere else when their nearly 70 and sounding just as good as they did 40 years earlier. Such a down to earth person and his performances still give me that same feeling as when i first heard him in the 70s.
I use the words "musical genius" sparingly. So far, I have used it to describe Freddie Mercury and Jeff Lynne. There are more, but these two immediately come to mind.
ELO were offered to headline the 1979 Knebworth Festival, Jeff Lynne turned down the offer as the band had just finished the long tour to promote the "Out of the Blue" album, he and the other band members were totally worn out and in need of a rest. Led Zeppelin were then offered the headlining spot and they accepted it
He's playing the Hollywood Bowl in September 9, 10 & 11, and then Radio City Music Hall on September 16 & 18. That's it so far according to his website.
To hide large, dark bags underneath his eyes...I don't know if he wears them to bed, will never find out unfortunately...for me!! I couldn't care less if he had Louis Vuitton holdalls under his eyes, I still think he's the best ever.
Is there something WRONG with looking a certain age? You'll get old, too, buddy. And then let's see how much it matters what you look like. Looks are unimportant, regardless of age.
why you had to remove the full concert from other channels ill never know, obviously copyright and stuff but please at least put up their performance of turn to stone as that's my favourite, but I know you never will never do or see this comment...(sob)
This chick is the WORST interviewer! All she is taking about it Glastonbury.... What about Jeff Lynne and ELO???? We have waited YEARS to have them back playing, why not ask about the music and his future plans for playing? OMGosh!!!! I could have done a better job without the airhead stuff...
I SWEAR his stylist or someone put a short haired wig on Jeff. You can see his curls below the wig on his neck below the wig. I got to see the entire show from Glastonbury before the Beeb pulled it off YT, and I noticed how the back of his head looked different. Looked as though he'd been wearing a baseball cap for a long while and it left that ring on his head. IF you ever get to see the show, watch out for it...You'll see it. I still love him with all my heart, wig or no.
Idiotic. He dyes his hair, obviously, but doesn't wear a wig. The matting you might see it from his sweating as he just got off the stage in that interview. This comes from someone who has been within inches of Jeff.
I beg your pardon! I am FAR from an idiot. I am aware of the fact he dyes his hair. I was not referring to his hair during the interview. What I saw was during the concert. I noticed it in the first shot or two from behind Jeff onstage, looking out into the crowd. I, too, have been close enough to him to see he natural hair, and he certainly wasn't wearing anything then, except his own gorgeousness. That is why I was SO shocked. But this was way different. I'm sure it was Camelia's dumb idea. She was listed as his stylist at the Hyde Park concert.
Such a down to earth and humble guy! Yet he's one of the greatest musicians to ever grace our planet
One of the greatest musicians in history.
Let's have a thumbs up for the lovely lady interviewing Jeff. Well done beautiful!!!
Jeff Lynn is amazing. Such a talent and he is so humble. I absolutely love him and of course I love his music.
we all love jeff

Yeah and Knight him too!
I agree, amazingly talented man x
defo
yeah lol.. does he know he's GOD!! good one;)
How could we meet him💞
My absolute fellow Brummie hero. Loved ELO all my life, and to get to see him on stage again at The Barclaycard Arena Birmingham after alllllll these years made my year.
This man has never gotten the credit, respect and appreciation he deserves, he is the "caviar" of music

Freaking legend. It's good that he played at Glastonbury so more people (particularly from the younger generations) discover what they were missing.
We love Jeff! He behaves just like one of us yet he is so extraordinarily talented. His band all look like they are having the time of their life up there in stage and he gives them all equal credit. I am so pleased he has resurrected ELO and long may he reign

I did an exam on ELO when I was at school in 1984. True.
Love this man forever!
Great Interview Jeff ... Very Down To earth !!! Been a fan since the beginning of your career ...
Wouldn't it be awesome to meet this man💜🎶
Congrats on your Rock and Rock Hall of Fame induction, Jeff! God Bless you!
There is no god!
I love you Jeff, you are so humble and you love the audience, bless you mate xxxx
Jeff Lynne is a true gentleman and in my opinion the GREATEST MUSICAL TALENT of all time. 👍👍

But it has to be said,, the Langley sisters,, simply blast the the scene , with their beauty and brilliance!!!! Yes, I am in love ,, all over again!!
2 Langleys do not equal one Rosie.
He is so humble and such a talent 😊🇺🇸
I love for ever the E. L. O.
What a lovely man 😌🙏
seen him in Dublin in May, amazing live, supremely talented yet humble and funny
He is so kind and so talented. Beethoven would have adored his music.
Jeff Lynn has a great laugh!
Inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame in 2017. He should have been there long before that.
Which one of todays so called stars will be playing Glastonbury or anywhere else when their nearly 70 and sounding just as good as they did 40 years earlier. Such a down to earth person and his performances still give me that same feeling as when i first heard him in the 70s.
Amen.

I just want to kiss him for his vulnerability. No doubt he's got deep confidence, but he comes off as a wonderful man.
Lovely interview!
I love this man!
Love it.
Heard you on a flight to America and went out in Manhattan cut classes and bought all the records I could find including the iconic Out of the Blue
I LOVE Jeff♥️🌟💙🙏
Music God and so sweet!
Thank YOU very much Jeff!
the woman goes on about the festival in a painful way.
Anyhow, Jeff is great !
I would dearly ❤ love to meet him 🎶 i love his music🎵🎶
Knight the genius
Genio total
What a guy
Such a nice man.
Handsome, nicest, smooth and a genius
jeff is a music god
Yes I agree
Jeff is one cool, nice dude...
Go Jeff
Unbelievable that elo,s first Glastonbury ,agree with all, the brilliant Jeff lynn, should be sir Jeff
eres el mejor Jeff lynne. Te amo. Hasta para conversar tienes linda voz. Me casaría contigo!
Talento puro.
jeff lynne is a humble kind professional man , he is not an asshole like the majority of singers , we are lucky to have his music in our lives
Really? Do you KNOW the majority of singers? That's a dumb and unsupportable comment to make.
Wish I saw the show
quite a few of those characters in the first few rows were dressed as jeff lynne
jeff is a musuc god

Hoping for a tour in the US this year.
He's playing the Hollywood Bowl in September 9, 10 & 11, and then Radio City Music Hall on September 16 & 18. That's it so far according to his website.
there were some Jeffs in the audience indeed :-)
Humble, well mannered and not a trace of ego. How refreshing nowdays. But why is he always wearing sunglasses ? He must go to bed wearing them.
To hide large, dark bags underneath his eyes...I don't know if he wears them to bed, will never find out unfortunately...for me!! I couldn't care less if he had Louis Vuitton holdalls under his eyes, I still think he's the best ever.
Love his glasses💖
Great interviewer.
And easy on the eyes!
who is she?
Andy Anderson - Jo Whiley - ex-Radio 1, now Radio 2, DJ
Give this guy a knighthood! For inventing the beard at the very least.
Sir Jeffrey Lynne...sounds good to me
I'd have loved ELO to have done something with Queen..
Bloody hell Jeff, you’re 69 and you look like you’re in your Early/Mid 40s.
Is there something WRONG with looking a certain age? You'll get old, too, buddy. And then let's see how much it matters what you look like. Looks are unimportant, regardless of age.
Wait, that accent -- that's Ozzy in disguise! (I know, they're both Brummies.)
why you had to remove the full concert from other channels ill never know, obviously copyright and stuff but please at least put up their performance of turn to stone as that's my favourite, but I know you never will never do or see this comment...(sob)
Proper brummie..kro jeff
What was this coveted time slot at Glastonbury?
Which brand if sunglasses does he wear?
Not sure, but they’re aviators anyways. They really suit him!

Her clothing sense leaves everything to be desired as well.
I think Jeff enjoyed the interview. She was obviously an enthusiastic fan of Jeff/ ELO. Nothing to criticize.
His face and thoughts thatbheb he's not givin a f*** to the interview but to her.. :D
Um, what? Ever edit your own writing? Give it a try.

+Talikamom My comment stands, but I would like it to be known that I did not call you and idiot as you inferred, but the idea of a wig.
It's a syrup...end of.
@@talikamom163 You might not be an idiot, but your question about his hair is idiotic.
Does he wear a hair piece Now??????
Are you kidding? No. But why would you ask such a vapid question? Who cares!
No Jeff never lost his hair just like Robert Plant,
