  • In 10 minutes I prepared this recipe for spinach omelette with prawns and avocado. Recipe with a lot of protein and full of flavor, a quick and easy dinner. If you prefer a healthier recipe, you can substitute a yogurt sauce for the cocktail sauce (pink sauce).

    INGREDIENTS:
    4 Omelettes
    100g of bones
    2 Egg L Salt
    Garlic Powder
    12 Prawns 1 Avocado Lettuce
    SAUCE: 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp Ketchup - 1 tsp sweet chili sauce - 1/2 lemon - 1 tsp honey - a few drops of tabasco.
