What makes this moment truly powerful for Albedo is that for so long she's had this overwhelming love for Ainz and yearns (a little bit too much) for ANY sort of physical intimacy. And up to this point hasn't had much in the way of that.
And everytime she tries to get intimate with him he does everything he can to brush her off.
Now Ainz gives her a kiss, a kiss she fully expected he'd refuse because that's what he'd normally do.
But he does kiss her, even if it's on the cheek. It's too much for her, and her pent up emotions come out as she cries.
Overwhelming love for *Momonga* she was the only one who didn't want him to change his name

This was a very significant moment in the LN, as for the first time Albedo felt like she was overcoming the barrier Momonga had placed between them. Little by little, with tiny advances from time to time, she saw hope on the horizon, especially since time is something they have a lot (they are immortal)
Although I haven't read the light novel, I did notice that she called him Momonga and not Ainz. Nice little touch
One thing that stood out is how the scene starts with her calling him Ainz-sama and ends with Momonga-sama. Names are super important in Japanese so I’m wondering if there’s some sort of implication in why she switched to his old name.

I figured it wasn't a matter of how but when. Aside from the twins he seemed to drop his guard around her the most....

Lord Ainz has gone completely dad-mode this season, and it's honestly the best. Like, it's kind of amazing that he has all these fears that his minions would abandon him if they knew an actual thing about him, but they just seem to want his encouragement while they spread their wings and do their things. It's very adorable and I support it :D
It's a bit of a shame their ambitions include killing and torturing everyone else...lol

The entire show revolves around how one player simply couldn't abandon his comrades' creations even after the service for said game shut off. The comrades in question didn't necessarily abandon their creations, they just didn't log onto the game, thus preventing them from being part of the new world Ainz is a part of.

This is but a small step. Yet it is an incredibly strong step that Ainz is finally showing open care/affection to Albedo. Still not close to caring like a lover but still a significant step forward.
Development even if something as simple as this makes it oh so satisfying, I do hope he accepts her fully by the end of the series, it all started as a joke but I want it to end in a wholesome wedding.

This was a very nice scene for Albedo. Most of the time their relationship is one sided with her fawning over Ainz. So, it was nice to see him "nag" her a bit. And show her staying alive is most important to him on her first time out. And that he went out to see her off.
May you all find a partner that looks at you the way Albedo looks at Momonga.

And that *should* have been the moment that he knew he f*cked up, but he's still too Japanese to deal with problems by, y'know, dealing with them, rather than just hoping that they will just magically go away

Remember the scene where she was unhappy he chose to change his name to Ainz ool Gown? The one where she said the others abandoned the Floor Guardians but Momonga alone stayed? The scene where she threw the Ainz ool Gown flag into the corner and hung up Momonga's? The part in the LN where she asked Ainz to form a special unit (that includes Rubedo!) to go search for and find the other Supreme Beings but do so discretely? Yeah, bad signs for the other Supreme Beings

Man, I’d go as far as to say Ainz is overwhelmingly wholesome! He babies everyone, especially Aura, Mare, Shalltear, Albedo, and Demiurge. He RESPECTS Cocytus a lot too, and let him revive the lizardmen that he was fond of. He just outright cherishes them all, battle maids and Sebas included.
