I believe it's 40 messages/commands every 3 hours using ChatGPT-4. So if you wanted to just generate images, make sure not to use GPT-4 for message commands, and just using it for images if you were bulk creating.
I can’t find anywhere online where it says whether we can use images from Bing Image Generator to post on our social media accounts. Its seems a bit vague as to what is personal use and what is not. Do you have any information on that?
My understanding is that it is perfectly fine to use these images on our social media accounts, etc. However, you cannot sell images created using the Bing Image Generator. For example, if you wanted to create t-shirt designs, you wouldn't have the commercial license to sell these images on t-shirts.

Like creating a floor plan (it was a disaster), then I tried something similar to your example with limited success. I am getting lots of errors. Thank you for your videos I find them informative and easy to follow your instructions. Recently, I followed the instructions in another video on how to transcribe a video. that was good too :)

So far, it doesn't look like we can upload images to edit, but I would predict that will be coming soon. I'm hopeful at least!
