My hair is so thick but the magic I use before taking it down is to marinate the hair with lots of deep conditioner a day before taking it down and by then it's dry but also very very conditioned and very easy and slippery. Works like magic for me

@@carinaiboaya4868 I use organic best hair mayonnaise but I add coconut oil and flaxseed gel and mix it in little mayonnaise and apply to my hair few hours before bed. My hair was not as thick as it is now and I guess it's because of the coconut oil, the flaxseed gel works as a repair to the hair and little conditioner to keep it from drying out totally. That's what I use for my own hair.

There's no way I will ever take that long to detangle my hair. I soak it in conditioner and oil the night before and it almost detangles itself as I glide my fingers through.
