It'll work if you get a headset that stays on your head during nighttime periods of sleep. It also helps if you actually sleep instead of ingesting caffeine, get your blood pumping or play video games and staying over people's houses. The fact that people have sleep issues but refuse to sleep early and wake up early baffles me. If you don't work at night, the only thing you should be doing is sleeping so you can get well rested and your 90 minute rem cycles to restore your body
@@vaporwingfauxmcloud1190 actually since this comment I’ve managed to find an irl alarm that’s so obnoxiously loud with a robot voice and sound effects that been waking me up successfully for the last two months, so I’m happy with that. I do sleep kind of early, at 10ish and wake up at 6. I also take a 2 hour nap after coming back from school. Which is what baffles me that i still wake up after struggling like a ton of rocks weigh me down. But ig i live in a difficult situation with lots of stress and responsibility + depression but I’m not acknowledging that rn bc i live alone and don’t need that info. But yeah thank you ur comment was surprisingly well thought to a comment i don’t even remember typing lol
It's like a daily attendance to me!
