Not sure if i missed a comment, but didnt see anyone ask how you are going about mutting your open D in the first verse at 2:16 , it just feels really awkward to try and mute this with my plucking hand, as it seems that thats how your doing it? Any advice or technique videos to check out for this method of playing this style of muting?

this is one of the best bass tutorials i have ever seen, my only criticism is you could have uploaded it louder, i could barely hear it over my group discord with the volume on this all the way up and that volume on low. Besides that this video has taught me alot :)
