I managed to get the box off, but the small arm unit came out i cannot see where it hooks back onto ? any ideas?

Help...forgot to take the ARM out FIRST...now it has fallen OFF....not sure how it was connected and where...its Base is a Pink colour?
How does the glove department come down slow bc mine does not and I think the piece I have came from the glove box

@@youcanfixit3721 okay I found the glove box damper when I first got the car & I think that’s why it comes down so fast. And the little arm on the side idk. do you know where the damper goes or how I would put it back on?
@@kayladiaz9684 I believe you just have to find the end and pull it out slightly and then there should be a small piece on the side of the glove box you hook it onto.
@@youcanfixit3721 yes thank you! I had it in the shop the other day and we got it to go back where it was but it still isn’t making my glove box come down slow. Idk if my 2016 Mitsubishi outlander sport ES is originally supposed to do that or not I don’t remember.
Is this necessary to replace blower motor
Most blower motors are somewhere down there. Depends on the make and model and I know it makes it easier if it's buried behind there.
