So amazing that the speaker is able to share this in such a clear and simple manner. There are 2 very direct practices in the text, to be done while eyes are open or when closed.

Simple and direct self-observation, experimentation, and verification of our most fundamental subjective experience, without any traditional baggage or esoteric lingo to get in the way.
