I'm glad you made the distinction between the difference of one who honestly makes a biblical error vs one whos fallen into exploitation, greed, appeasement or/and sensationalism. I just finished watching the parable of the Ten Virgins and loved it. I learned so much, but I still question my faith, even though I pray, study God's Word, looking for the Blessed Hope to return, watching the prophetic signs which there are a lot of them and my Bible (KJV) looks all marked up from highlights, under lines, notes, stars and crosses next to verses, I still feel like something is missing. I was involved with the Intersessary prayer group, but no longer exists. Any words of encouragement or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Baruch 2 years ago i saw a video on youtube on a week day..the man explained using scripture accurate why the rapture was happening the following monday... i wrote a comment explaining to anyone interested why the rapture wont happen next monday ..according to scripture gave the passages of scripture.. to my amazement people commented not on my comment but to the person making the prediction.. whatever happens we still love you whatever his name was... i realised so many love false teachers and false teaching and do not know truth and sadly do not love the truth meaning Gods revelation and truth...and there can be a true lover of truth talking to them but they are not interested ..i know or have an idea how tough it must have being for the true prophets of god verses the 500 false prophets...
We used to faithfully attend John Hagee’s church until we had a serious wake up call last year. There are no perfect churches but we now go to a church that teaches the Bible.

There are is a site on UA-cam I have been following for awhile and everything sounds on point. They are really getting folks fired up about we are almost at the end. Then for the first time the man mentions the books you can get free or donation then suddenly he said you can order x amount for 400, I guess to give to your congregation friends I have no clue. I'm like, if the world is going to end, why do you need money? I get it takes time and money to get the word out but I just felt wierd.
I don’t think these guys were stupid or lacked diligence. I think they were being very naughty boys. I think they were trying to separate people from their money, as you said.
