@raynersbantams maybe when people write us off it may decrease the initial pressure of expectation from everyone and in turn make the job of getting promoted from this god forsaken league at the 6th attempt slightly easier!!!...🤞🏻🤞🏻🐔🐓⚽️😍 Pattison has impressed me the last few games and looks sharp and full of energy and back to his old self when we bought him and he initially scored 3 in 3 b4 his catalogue of injuries which wrote off last season 4 him...Kavanagh and Cooky look a good foil 4 each other up top and with Jake Young to add to that along with Sarcevic, Walker, Pointon etc etc we have the goals in our team to trouble teams... I gotta feeling my bantam 🐓 loving friend this is gonna be a good season 4 us...🤞🏻🤞🏻🐔🐓⚽️😍 UPTFC 🐔🐓 CTID 😍⚽️😢
Ye we were all hurting with the way lewis left. In his head he left last summer in reality. Left at Xmas and we haven't looked back. Was amazing to be back yesterday. Pitch looked incredible. The new home shirt looks and feels great. Everybody in great spirit. It's been a long summer. Can't wait for m.k away. I've got a good feeling about this season. I think we need some cover for r wingbacks and I think we r good. I'm soooo excited

Bowyer wasted the best attack we've had since been in this division again due to pragmatic football....we had the best 2 strikers in the division and a big squad with options.....he failed imo

Welcome back muck! Don't often disagree too much with what you say Korban. But I do think Cookie and Kavanagh are beginning to get a pretty good relationship going. Towards the end of last season, you could see Kavanagh playing Cook's foil. The jury is out with me a the moment regarding JY. Really glad we managed to keep hold of him, but I want to see a bit more from him. I said to you way back when, we have the nucleus of a very good squad. OK, our singings haven't exactly been prolific, but that might be a good thing. We had a woeful start last season.... No expert, but we didn't look anywhere fit enough and it took us half a dozen games to get with the plan. The meltdown mid season can be put down to the Wycombe game....... Korban, gonna stick my neck out and have £25, City to win the league!! How's that for confidence (or sheer stupidity). C.T.I.D.

1 hour yesterday we looked class korburn. Soon as pattison went off we dropped. Sarsevic looked slow and played some poos passes. But I think it was a great game. And I still can't believe we got money for harry lewis and got sam walker for free. What a bit of business. Love walker in goal. Oozes confidence
Yeah I enjoyed it yesterday walker made some great saves to get us over the line like you say incredible how we got the better of that deal even though at the time we didn't see that at all

I'm quite optimistic about at least a play off place...winning league 2 ...I don't think so. Luck comes into it with regard to injuries but we have a top half squad and the manager was getting into his stride the last few games of last season...hope we carry on where we left off.

Part of me looks at the team and think we are good enough to make the playoffs as we are. But that is purely relying on Young and Pattison being fit and in form, and also pretending we get the Wright we loved. Also it relies on Cook having a good season again. I’m relying on a lot of things though. Rupp clearly hasn’t kept his promise and this feels like doing the same thing again and expecting a different outcome. Platt will be missed. Oh and before anyone says the window hasn’t closed so we don’t know if Rupp has broken his promise. Our policy of waiting for players to leave before we can sign anyone will have cost us missing out on players. Had extra been added to the budget we wouldn’t have to have had that policy.
@@ForzaBantams I does look highly unlikely that more was added to the budget either that or players are turning us down I agree we are reling on players but that's why there here, just hope we have actually improved the fitness and medical department because we have been way of it for years
