Elephants At Slow Pace

The elephant her was feeding along the riverine area, moving slowly as the sun went down. You can notice the very old female Elephant without tusks, they did not fall out, in fact she was born without them.
It has become very common seeing Elephants without tusks in todays life as most of the big tuskers has been poached or killed for their ivory, with hundreds of years of living in this dilemma and the wipe out of the gene of having big tusks, this is the outcome we face today.
It surely does not affect them but assuming your a male Elephant without tusks will make you less appealing and also de-benefit you in attracting females or winning dominance over another with tusks.
