There is snow on my roof so I can't get up there to throw this printer off. You solved my problem and I am grateful. Unpacked it today, it doesn't work, and I was about ready to put it in a garbage bag and take it to FedEx. THANK You.

WOW!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO, I was getting frustrated and couldn't understand why the sides of the foams wouldn't fall easily back into place. So I went on to search for a video that might help me understand how to repack the printer.

Thank you for this short & SWEET video which was SO helpful! The paper tray issue was driving us to insanity! Took another 30 seconds to complete the task after your video, which is the only REpacking video we could find! All others are for unpacking, which the instructions easily explain & after an annoyingly long hold, HP was of no help to us either!
