I like that the powder room was not adjacent to the kitchen or dining area. I love that each room have their own toilet & bath. I also love the pantry. For me at least, I don't want to have a dirty or auxiliary kitchen and laundry area at the same time. I want instead a laundry area with an ironing board. But overall this house is very beautifully done. Thanks ❤❤❤

Tanong ko lng po ano maganda sa 100sq mt. Na lupa pwdi ka po mka gawa ng 3 bedrooms doon kung sa kali sana mabigyan nyo ko ng idea salamat po ❤

The guest bathroom should have been just a powder room. Imagine having to pass the living, dining & kitchen after having a bath to go back to the bedroom. Also, laundry area same as dirty kitchen? All the smoke & smell will be absorbed by the newly washed clothes
All bedroom has its own bathroom. Toilet at foyer as per client request instead of powder powder room
Convert to T&B. For the service area,the main purpose there is for laundry
