I love to use Adobe InDesign ! Adding the interactivity to layouts is a game changer for the end user!! I really value seeing the way you build and organize your files. The final layout is clean and beautiful! 😀
Question for you (and I LOVE your videos) - I notice you place lots of things in separate frames/boxes which seems counterproductive. I tend to put most text, from header to subheads and body text all in one box and apply styles to it which sets the paragraph spacing and keeps everything consistent. Is there a reason to keep things separate as you have them?
Great question! Depends what I am working on. Because this was more of an editorial design, I almost always bring in the headline, deck and body text in separately. It's how editorial designers are trained because if there there are any copy changes, you can simply go in and make any edits without effecting the headline and deck headline. That being said, A lot of the other things I create - I typically contain content in one frame. Thanks for watching and learning!
i wish you had announced it wouldnt work as an acrobat PDF at the beginning :( really struggling to create an interactive map that can be used as an interactive PDF for acrobat (accessible by those with standard software).
Late to this video, but when creating buttons for an interactive pie chart, the hit detection state is always square so buttons overlap and it causes confusion when trying to highlight individual segmnts. Am I missing something obvious?
Always waiting for your lessons! That was really cool! Also I loved The shortcut for all caps. didnt know that. I really use The past in place shortcut Its really useful. You’re a really good teacher And I love your calming voice! Ive been working on a epub fxl quizz And your tips are always great to hear :) hope you are ok And healthy! 💫 Thank your for your videos please do more :)

Hi Angelo, I was curious, how did you create the map? Thanks in advance!
Hi Luis! It's a vector map I licensed from Adobe Stock. You can search free vector maps on Stock as well. Plenty to choose from. Take care.
@@AngeloMontilla thank you for the fast response!

Hi Angelo, is there any way to hide multistate objects just until they're triggered? Thanks!
Found it! Just need to add an "empty state" :P

Out of curiosity, what were the margins you used initially?
Hey Justin. Looks like I left them at 0.5".
Thanks, buddy for sharing
Hi, can you please explain how to publish online as you mentioned in the video? I tried to export to HTML but just gives a page with broken layout.
Yes, go to the Share Button in the top right corner and select Publish Online. Follow the steps and then you can share on an Adobe-hosted site.
Thanks again
