Vector® HE 19 - The new generation temperature-controlled trailer system

Carrier Transicold presents the Vector® HE 19 unit, the next generation temperature-controlled trailer system. This unit combines experienced technology, like the all-electric architecture of the E-Drive, with new additions designed to significantly improve performance and efficiency.
The new Vector® HE 19 gathers a combination of reliable, sustainable and powerful features. This unit features E-Drive™ all-electric technology, which eliminates the mechanical transmissions found in belt-driven cooling systems, transforming the power of the engine into electricity using a generator. The Vector® HE 19 presents a noise emission reduction and has obtained PIEK certification (single and multi-temperature versions), which means it does not surpass 60 decibels, the equivalent of normal conversation. This PIEK standard first introduced in the Netherlands in 2003 has been adopted in many European cities.
