You can just run sustain runes with Fleet, absorb life and green tree for second wind and play for PD into IE

Have you tried going zeal after greaves? Its a bit schizo but feels good while youre building into botrk ie.

​@@venomushero8918true but you can skip boots so you save 1700 gold comapred to bork, you can then spend that on a pickaxe and cloak to be your damage also building towards IE

Zephyr is shit. It's better to sell boots for phantom dancer than zephyr
