I grew up on Shady Drive.
No garage. Bedrooms had tiny closets.
    Steep hill to shops.
    Loved it.

I've lived in Mt Lebanon for years & years. It is a lovely, walkable community. Everything you need is there . Those old homes he malines are absolutely gorgeous. If you have kids - the very best school district.

This is the only city in the county that I won't do work in. No matter how much money$$ there is to be made there. Other than that, it's a beautiful city.

But modernizing all the old home is taking away the charm of the area. Modern architecture is 😢

Illlogical on many counts including there aren't many new homes. Who cares. Mt. Lebanon has so many positives: schools, safety, value, quality of construction, etc. etc.
