Thanks for this we stayed at the exact spot you did. I agree with most of your points accept for the self order kiosk. Ours was very slow and clunky. We did it once to see how it went and then the other couple in our private area did their order and i walked to the booth and got my food way faster. Also all the storgae lockers where not very secure it was a plastic garden box with brackets screwed on to make a hole for a key lock and when locked you could still lift it up and open a hood 2 inches. So not super secure. The private bathrooms also had button code but not active so anyone can go in. Only plus is having your own area and not fighting for chairs. I say its not worth it if you can get there early. Id like the kiosk to be faster. Bathroom have a the code lock working, and actually locker box and free tube rentals
Oh sorry to hear that you had a bad experiences with kiosk system. It worked so quick and easy when I used it at that time. They should fix that issue! And yes, I agree with you, they should provide better services when you pay that much extra. It would be good if it includes tube rentals, and welcome drink something like that.
