Imma turn 21 next month and I still have my XV dress… Here in Brazil it is common to rent, but mine was made from scratch by a local lady at that time, so I still own it!! I always say to myself that whenever I can I’ll throw another XV party AGAIN! 😂 I might be 22, 23 or wtv, but Imma do it XV style (here we say “quinze”, “festa de 15 anos” or “debut”)!

ofc not, you can choose to have a ceremony for us catholics we choose to have a nice ceremony in the church, but you can have a quince either way :)
