China set a new world record for the Premier Open Standard Boat category during the World Dragonboat Championships in Pattaya, Thailand last 2019.
The Chinese clocked at 39.251 seconds. Previous world record was 40.02 seconds set by the Philippines last 2009 in Czech Republic.
