As a Denny Hamlin fan I was looking over the points on NASCAR and Kyle Larson has led 1614 laps so far...(Denny is 2nd with 918) When you account that all 4 Hendrick cars are in the round of 8, I feel my fears Denny needs a win to get in the championship 4 are valid.
The whole thing is dumb but the later part of the season has a playoff for the championship. So only X amount of cars make it into the playoffs based off points and or a win in regular season and they whittle them down to 4 that race for championship at the final race. But all the other cars have every incentive to win, they just aren’t in the running for the championship

As an Aussie i think the stages are stupid also, they should just race the whole laps & let the teams strategies play out like Supercars. they can still give points for whoever is leading at a certain lap through the race. And dont have automatic advancement because of a win during the season & in the playoffs, just points for a win & top 10.

I think that is BS they never through a caution when it was obviously needed. Multiple crashes and no caution causing so many big players to lose position
If all cars can keep rolling, there is no need for a caution. Unless a car is stopped on the track and can't get going, is stopped in a dangerous part of the track ie over the top of a rise or in a very narrow section, there is debris or barrier repair needed no caution is needed.

This fanbase got way too much issues with cars turning right. And that's a problem if Nascar wants to expand internationally to compete with F1 in the future, this race just normal good racing between the best and actual passing, if these fans says other wise then i question were did nascar get these fans.
