Tiffany Perez isn't she the one who created a series of very in depth, interactive tutorials where you chose an eye look, blush tones, lipstick tone, false lashes or natural, etc? I am pretty sure it was her and it was so in depth and never done by any other YTer, to my knowledge. It literally was like one of those make up apps where you pick out everything and it shows you what the finished product would look like.
