24:37 as someone who does casting and mostly shoutcasting for team fights, this is something I can agree with. It feels as if they are trying to make it more of that ADHD content. They don't want any long extended drawls of nothing time after 14 minutes going into the mid game. I never felt like I casted more fights than in more recent time even in comparison to last year. Sometimes it doesn't even feel like the production team can keep up with the fights themselves.
