"Overhauling " your chess to a new, theoretically deep opening can be a dangerous concept, often leading to more losses than one is currently experiencing. Be careful not to get stuck in a habit of constant and continual change. Rather, focus on lines that are most common in your opening and try to understand the positions, plans, and IDEAS it offers in the middle game , with computer analysis a book on your opening. Theoretical lines are for chess professionals earning money in top-tier tournaments where an inaccuracy in the opening stage will cost you money. You don't need that to become a strong master. Master the imbalances and watch your rating climb.

I like this new format, where you analyse a live game with the eval bar on. You can explore all the variations without having to talk during the game.

Thanks for letting me know, it's a try out as I felt like the live games always had worse gameplay than if I play without recording and the explanations live are also lower quality

Simplicity, I don't need a lot of theory and get similar positions and plans in every game.
