I believe its offered to the content creators that make videos such as this one in order to ensure content is able to flow with as little disruption as possible.

As an extra sigma tip, You can actually use swift step to prevent the damage of his ult if timed right. If you can quickly find a teammate in range, just swift step when you’re about to fall and you’ll negate the damage

Since this lacked a general tip, take into account the travel time of the healing ofufa. Unlike, say, ana or zen, her healing has a VERY slow travel time, which can make it difficult to get clutch heals on a teammate who is far away. Be prepared to "pre heal" teammates so they don't die while waiting for your heals to arrive.

It is significant enough at longer ranges that it may not be able to save a teammate, unlike the near instant healing that a brig or ana can provide. By pre heal, I don't mean just throwing them out when they aren't locked on, I mean throw them a bit before they are likely to take damage.

Makes hog almost completely unpunishable which is an obnoxious hero to play against except for the fact that you can out play him and shut him down with skill, which is not doable now because a character can just press a button. This character is just completely broken. I hate it so much. Makes ana useless. Sleep is a fucking 15 second skill shot that requires A LOT of skill to pull off on a blade or hog or a bunch of other shit and is countered by a completely skillless press of a button. Name takes work to setup and was team fight winning but can now be completely shut down by pressing a button. No setup, no skill. It's such bullshit and it makes the game so fucking frustrating to play. I live the game and play it a lot but I hate the direction they're taking with these new heroes. I hate easy abilities that shut down high skill high reward abilities and suzu completely is that.

IMO the hardest part about kiriko is getting the timing for her abilities right. Usually you want to use them as late as possible but because of both swift step's and suzu's casting time you usually shouldn't wait with it till you're one but rather use it a bit earlier.. Very frustrating in many situations
This is my problem. It's got me a few times but one time I was standing next to my fully charged zarya tank so we ended up getting a team wipe out of it anyway

Been maining Kiriko since OW2 launch and I'm honestly slightly disappointed that I knew all of these already lol It's surprising how much of her kit boils down to "Flank, TP to Safety, Suzu large abilities." Like someone else said though, a good general tip would be remembering how her healing works. The talismans take a long time to travel across the map to heal your teammates, so you need to either position in a way where they won't die as you're waiting for your heals to reach them, or pre heal them if you're anticipating them engaging in a fight.
Another tip/glitch: DON'T swift-step while wall-climbing. It won't work but you still "use" the ability, so you'll have to wait for the cooldown. You cancel yourself by continuing to climb while trying to teleport. Either jump off the wall first or finish the climb or you won't teleport.
Another cool general tip for Kiriko mains: when you cast your ultimate at an elevation (let's say a bridge), everyone who is directly below you will also benefit from it. Seems like Kiriko's ult's hitbox has a pretty generous vertical component, which extends even below the surface that you cast it on. Great content as usual @KarQ o7

Kiriko’s teleport is a 7 second cooldown while Winston’s jump is 6 and by the time he lands 1 or 2 seconds will have passed effectively making it 4-5 seconds because he’s initiating the interaction. So every second Kiriko doesn’t teleport after getting jumped on she’s losing another 50hp and delaying her next tp another whole second and has less healing from the support passive be applied before Winston jumps her again. So unless you’re tping somewhere that Winston can’t jump physically/without dying or can reliably get healing you’d want to do the opposite of what the video’s Winston tip said and tp as soon as possible when you’re jumped.
i have around 80h on Kiriko in master elo and some of the tips still help (like my little brain wouldnt have thought about the moira one, im always moving against her like she is a widow XD) Big Props!
does he even have a head? i’ve never landed a headshot on zen before, intentionally at least, i’ve gotten some lucky kunai kills on him but never intentionally
Yes he has one of the easiest heads in the game to hit. The characters that are hard to headshot are typically like Torb or Rein that have really big shoulders that avoid their from being exposed unless they face you.
What bugs me is that wall climbing is such an integral part of her kit, but there's no hero-specific option like Genji or Hanzo have to auto-wallclimb. That means I, as a console player, need to hold down jump to make use of it.
Know it's been awhile since this was posted but thanks so much for your tips I don't play games that often but I love healers and started playing kiriko. I struggled with her abilities and what to do against certain heroes, but this has helped a lot thx.
Illari, you can cleanse her ult with suzu. Mauga, just keep range, if he's charging towards you. swift step to your team. IDK about suzu, never tried it yet. Lifeweaver, like Zen, you can assassinate him. On a rare occurence, boop an enemy to your team with suzu to force lifeweaver to pull.
as an extra roadhog tip, ive found that ive been able to successfully AND reliably survive a hook combo as kiriko if when hooked, i immediately look down, suzu, then during the invulnerability turning around and quickly swift step out. very reliably when you're quick enough
I get that kiriko is a new hero but I am kind of dissapointed that most tips are just cleanse the bad effect 4head. There are some really great tips here but most of them are very basic

I love how Kayjii just basically said "give up the strafing against Moira" xD As a Moira in Master... I eat Kirikos for breakfast and dinner, delicious! And so easy because YES they are trying to strafe against me when I am also strafing.
tl:dr; Suzu counters and cleanses everything, even Ultimates and its totally balanced fairly with no problems whatsoever. Swift Step also counters and cleanses everything. In case both universal counters are on cooldown, just wall climb to safety vs 90% of heroes.
I think one thing that other Kiriko players might not do is send healing to a friendly as they enter battle and by the time it gets to them, you just saved their life.
Another good not against junkrat tire is that once you use Suzu the junk might anticipate that and delay his explosion so use the invulnerability to give you more time to destroy the tire instead of ignore it

Yep, a lot of people incorrectly assume that if her healing isn't auto-locked on, then it doesn't heal any teammates that might walk in front of it.

Can't count how many times I've thrown down Suzu and heard the chime, only to be wiped anyways. It's going to take some practice.

A really good tip is that when using swift step you can hold e so suzu comes out instantly
