Robin Williams was by far one of the best actors the world has ever had. That man had so much charisma that it should have been illegal to be that charismatic. He was taken way too soon.
The only actor we’ve lost that I cried for days. This man was a huge part of why I am who I am. His comedy and movies helped mold me into the human I am today. Rip Mr Williams.
I still tear up to this day. Knowing there will never be another like him. He was like the Uncle that no one talks about, but is always listened to cause you don't want to miss what he says.
Me too! I woke up to the news & cried all day. I woke up the next day, at first not having it in my consciousness, then it hit me & I cried all that day, too. I woke up the next day & it was there, like a flash. It wasn't until the 4th day that I could pull myself together - I told myself, that my Mork would not want us sad. On the back of my mother's order of service two years later it said, "Don't cry because it's over, be happy because it happened". Robin lived & died on his own terms. Very brave.
@@philliphernandez2649 Yeah the best part of the bit was cut out here. After “Robbins” takes the stick back, Elmo slinks down into the crate and yells, “I ONLY HAD 3 LINES!” It’s hilarious.

"Oh, to have been in that audience." Well, let me tell you, my wife and I WERE in that audience. It was the most amazing night ever! It wasn't our first time at a taping of Whose Line, but it certainly was one of the best (along with the Melissa's Underwear episode, IYKYK). We had waited outside the studio in the rain for several hours, but the producers kept coming out and promising us it would be worth it. A normal taping of Whose Line would run about 3-4 hours and everyone would be getting tired around the 2.5 to 3 hour mark, but not this episode. It went on for another hour beyond normal and we were still laughing hysterically with the same energy as we had at the start of the evening. A LOT of what Robin did never made it to air because he went nuts with a few of the games and even Ryan joined in with him and they went BLUE for sure. I've never laughed that much, that hard, or for that long consecutively as I did that night. I miss Robin and all that he brought to the world. I'm especially grateful that I got to be there that night and witness Robin work his magic. RIP in Robin. You are missed.
I love Robin Williams. Hook, Jumanji, Mrs. DoubtFire and Aladdin are my favorites. Including FernGully: The Last Rainforest and Robots. He never fails to put a smile on my face
He was a legend, an artist, a genius, but above all someone who one day realized the power of laughter, it made people happy. You know what I've noticed, if you get a bunch of people into a room with different ways of thinking or believing or misunderstandings and after a while get all of them to start laughing their asses off and they all feel happy about who was there to experience those great memories with them, all of a sudden three of the most crucial things that any form of life needs start to happen. Communication, understanding, and eventually peace. But it all starts with a good laugh and Robin could make anybody laugh. He was a gift to us all .
Robin Williams was a comic genius, you couldn't help but laugh no matter what you saw him in whether it be stand up or a movie, or TV show. The legend will be missed forever.
Well there was, kind of. Watching him and Jonathan Winters take off was just ... a tribute to two very brilliant and funny men. I think we may only get two in a century.
Sure there will. There will always be someone funnier or faster or stronger or better. always... nobody is that special that one day someone better comes along. Artist or athlete. That said. He was a great artist. very funny. Loved him.
In Aladdin And The King Of Thieves, there was a scene where the Genie tried to cheer Princess Jasmine up who's nervously waiting for Aladdin's return from finding his father. Not only was this scene full of practically endless impressions, but there was a moment where Jasmine hesitantly chuckled before a line. That could've been her voice actress Linda Larkin trying not to laugh.
I legitimately started crying during this video. This is such a beautiful tribute to an amazing man who kept the world afloat with laughter. R.I.P., Mr. Robin Williams. Even though you're no longer on this mortal plane, your crazy antics keep the laughter alive. Thank you. ❤
Letting Robin Williams just do his own thing and letting the cameras just record him happens in many movies he did as he was so funny it was always gold.
We will never see another actor like Robin Williams, he was truly one of a kind! Nobody has that kind of enthusiasm, passion or energy. Love and miss you Robin Carpe Diem.
Gone but never forgotten, Robin Williams infectious laughter and comedy spans some generations. I listen to his standups every year when I need a good laugh in sometimes the darkest of hours. Mr. Williams, Thank you for keeping souls entertained even on the other side! RIP Robin Williams, BANGERANG!!!
I miss this man every day! He was the funniest person I have ever seen. I remember watching a Comic Relief by myself, and my mother in law coming in and asking me what was wrong, because I was laughing so much I was crying! He was the best. RIP, Robin!!
Quite possibly the single greatest loss to humanity in the last 50 years. He was more than just the comedy, he had a genuine heart and will be remembered forever as a beacon of what we should all strive to be.
A long time ago, I kind of discovered Robin Williams on the HBO special they did back in the 1970s? Watching him thinking he'd lost the audience because they were trying to breathe and laugh at the same time. "We've gone too far too fast to the land where nothing's funny" You could see he didn't realize that the problem was not the funny, he was hilarious, I was at home holding my sides because they hurt, but that he needed to give the audience a break to just get some air in so they could laugh again. He was just ... amazing.
I have never enjoyed an actor more than Robin Williams. The joy and happiness and laughter and love that he brought with every single appearance is unmatched. God Bless his souls and his family and all of us!
You know someone is absolute gold when the cameraman shakes the camera laughing, and the director decides to keep it, because they'll never get that authenticity back.
FAVROITE comedian! ANYTHING Robin did made me laugh. That said, I don't think there's a time where I DIDN'T laugh at/with him. FAVORITE joke is the golf joke he did on one of his specials!
Patch Adams is one of my all time favourite movies. His Talent at being able to play so many different characters was incredible, he rates with all of the truly great ones.
Elmo: "What are you going to do with that stick?" Robin: "Well, Elmo, I'm going to completely improvise a two-minute, kid-friendly recreation of the most famous 8 minutes in the history of 'Inside the Actors Studio'!"
It always makes me sad knowing that this man had to go through so much mental anguish during the last few years of his life. I was born in '91, and the original Jumanji was a huge part of my childhood - All his 90s family movies were. I'm glad that people younger than me were at least able to experience him through the night at the museum series.
Such a talent! I feel honored to have been able to watch his whole career as it unfolded over the decades. If only we could have known the depths of his despair and possibly helped him before his tragic end. You were, no ARE, one of the best comedic geniuses to have ever roamed this earth! Thank you!
Robin Williams will forever be a part of me. I cried when watching NatM3 when he said goodbye. I had just heard the news of his passing and my wife and I wanted to see his last film. He said it best, Those who make others laugh just dont want others to feel their pain. RIP Robin. We all miss you.
People like Williams, they just brought joy and laughter with them without effort, which made them even greater when they did try. The World needs more people like him.
I was in Kuwait during Iraqi Freedom, and Williams did a show. The whole crowd was laughing and cheering along with every joke and quote. Then someone in the crowd shouted “You fucking rock!” And Robin, true to form, shouted back through the microphone, “No, man! YOU FUCKING RAWK!!!” In the manner he did. And we in the crowd just completely lost it. Just one of the best memories ever.
I first took notice of Robin Williams in Mork and Mindy. A few years later he was in NY City at the Copacabana, I still have the ticket stubs. As much as anyone has seen his antics on television or movies, there was absolutely no one to date that could have done what he did on stage, ad lib, for 1 1/2 hours. A memory forever. When he began the set, someone, not knowing his comedic onstage talent yelled out, "Do Mork!" apparently expecting that from him, and he said, "No Mork tonight". From there he just took off and it was a laugh/cry fest for the entire time. I realized, before his suicide, that the reason comedians are so good at drama is because they have an internal struggle and free the pain with comedy. Never forgotten, always loved, Robin Williams.
Robin Williams had a way of just looking at you normally and making you laugh. The man was overflowing with comedy. I'm willing to be that Robin Williams could have made you laugh while he was sleeping. He was the king of comedy!
Genius to be sure. Awakenings is one of my very favorite movies, so I'm glad the chemistry between Robin & Robert was recognized. Truly a passing that many of us will never reconcile, or "get over", as they say.
I miss him. To this day not another actors passing hit so hard for me. Matthew Perry was next for me. Funny it's always the ones who make you laugh the most are sometimes hurting just as bad or worse.
you cut off too early on the Elmo one! After Elmo screams "I ONLY HAD THREE LINES!" you can hear a genuinely sweet laughter come from Robin. That is my absolutely favorite laugh Robin ever did.
Robin Williams & Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting is classic! Was in full mode laughing tears at the time after that scene. Was unable to put a logical sentence together for a short period of time here following that segment...Had a hunch Matt Damon's response was genuine, and not acting...Mr Williams was a natural.
He was a a living human master piece, a genius... when you are able to translate your surroundings into a joke and inspire others the way he did.. you're something special
I think my absolute favorite ad-lib performance was one night on A&E's Inside the Actor's Studio with James Lipton. He had most of the audience crying, they were laughing so hard. Lipton could hardly talk to interview Williams.
It was sad when he passed thinking he wasn’t loved but for the world we all loved him he brought laughter and happiness to every home that his movies n tv shows and comedy specials were playing.
It breaks my heart that R Williams brought so much joy and laughter to the world but could not find joy or peace in his later years. Also his generosity to his fans.
Just a rumor. Truth is he had a neurological disease that causes dementia. That is the theory, but only Robin Williams completely knows what was wrong at that moment
Strange that a man who's never failed to make me laugh can also make me tear up a bit. All that comedy, all that laughter, all while dealing with serious issues of his own. Truly an incredible human being. Damnit Robin, you left too soon man 😢
A man with the ability to make the saddest person laugh. Its a shame its often these people that are the saddest inside. We love you Robin and miss you terribly.
My wife and I would listen to comedy vinyl records when she was a young child and I was a teen. We would listen to Robin Williams among others. those records are long gone, so she found them on CD. We listen to them once in a while, know them word for word.
I remember when he did a stand up bit on HBO and was talking about a guy on the Golden Gate bridge threatening to jump. All around him are people telling him, 'Don't jump' and "don't do it" but beside them are two hippies yelling "Go for it dude, you never know, you may fly."
RIP Robin it's still hard to believe your not coming to a theater near you ever again. You were by far one of the funniest and best actors we have ever had.. Thanks for the laughs

Love to See Him Still!!! Thank You, With Love!!!
Forever missed. The best, no question or doubt about it...
Rest in Peace Robin Williams your acting was Legendary.
His jokes might have stopped coming, but the laughter they brought will still be heard for years to come.
He was one of a kind. I miss him.
He will always make me laugh rip Robin Williams 🫡🕊
Robin Williams cannot & will never be topped as the great ablib comedian ever. Complete genius!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂 OH how I miss him.😢😢🌟🙏😘
It was sad when he passed thinking he wasn’t loved but for the world we all loved him he brought laughter and happiness to every home that his movies n tv shows and comedy specials were playing.
It breaks my heart that R Williams brought so much joy and laughter to the world but could not find joy or peace in his later years. Also his generosity to his fans.
I heard that it might’ve been foul play
Just a rumor. Truth is he had a neurological disease that causes dementia. That is the theory, but only Robin Williams completely knows what was wrong at that moment
Strange that a man who's never failed to make me laugh can also make me tear up a bit. All that comedy, all that laughter, all while dealing with serious issues of his own. Truly an incredible human being.
Damnit Robin, you left too soon man 😢
Loved Good morning Vietnam! Excellent soundtrack!
A man with the ability to make the saddest person laugh. Its a shame its often these people that are the saddest inside. We love you Robin and miss you terribly.
When Robin's passed comedy truly died with him.
Him on whose line was my favourite episode. He has been my favourite comedian since I was a kid.
RIP thanks for all the laughs,Ill be sure to share them with my kids some day
My wife and I would listen to comedy vinyl records when she was a young child and I was a teen. We would listen to Robin Williams among others. those records are long gone, so she found them on CD. We listen to them once in a while, know them word for word.
4:47 Elmo’s response of ‘I only had 3 lines’ was just priceless
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! May he rest in peace. Great actor.
and that is why he is the fn GOAT in comedy
Rest in peace Robin you've made all of our lives just a little bit better.
Love you Mr.William's, ❤ youre loved still even in the beyond . Thank you for the laughs.
I remember when he did a stand up bit on HBO and was talking about a guy on the Golden Gate bridge threatening to jump. All around him are people telling him, 'Don't jump' and "don't do it" but beside them are two hippies yelling "Go for it dude, you never know, you may fly."
Run by fruiting. Robin Williams was an amazing man who left too soon. Where ever he is ?now I bet it’s a blast!
What about when he appeared in Friends? Robin Williams' antics apparently made the entire cast forget their lines.
"He's got access!"
Thank you, for making & posting this excellent video.
RIP Robin it's still hard to believe your not coming to a theater near you ever again. You were by far one of the funniest and best actors we have ever had.. Thanks for the laughs
