We try and climb Triglav - Slovenia's highest mountain peak in just one day!
This could be the most challenging adventure of our lives! ...Are we crazy? Probably - but after months of training in the UK we have headed to Slovenia on a van life road trip adventure to tackle the mighty Triglav and its 400M via ferrata to the summit.
We get everything on this adventure from epic summits to amazing sunrises and everything in between as we explore this famous corner of Slovenia.

@wanderingsofalanandcaz thanks guys, sadly I've been on my own how for a couple of years, but I was told from above that I must get on with live, try and enjoy every day. I brought "Kermit " 18 months ago and he's become my best friend. We visited friends in Gydnia, Poland earlier this year, then travelled the length of Poland, through the mountains into Slovakia, back through Austria and Germany, Epic.

Nice to see you climbing our tallest mountain. We usually say to become a true slovenian you need to climb Triglav.

cool.. how many steps did you make that day and how long distance and how high did you climbed on one day?
Nikki has done it from the other side and wants to go back in the van. Billy is not keen on bunk rooms so she usually does trips like that with mates
The bunks up there were actually really nice. Think we’ll definately go back at some time to try another route. 👍
In one day means that you leave in the morning and return to the starting point in the evening. No overnight stay.

Mount Mojstrovka. At the " famous" Vršič Pass. Nice, short ferrata climb. For descent normal path.
Seven lakes yalley. Starting Point Bohinj lake, Savica waterfall.....

This is the one of the longest way. Refuge = dom, or koča ( č= ch)
Yes we think it is. We can't wait to go back and explore some of the other routes. Which do you think is the best route?
@@wanderingsofalanandcaz From Krma Valley. And from Vrata Valley. The route " Čez Prag" or " Tominškova pot. I prefer Tominškova...the fastest, some part as Ferrata, but safe.
