About the Speaker ✅
Shushan Vardanyan is our senior associate, specialising in Corporate and Company Law, Real Estate Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Procurement Law, Intelectual Property and Bankruptcy.
Shushan earned her LL.B. degree from Yerevan State University and earned her L.L.M. degreefrom Armenian Public Administration Academy. As well as she graduated the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
Besides, Shushan also participated in international graduate program such as the University of San Francisco School of Law Graduate Tax Program Summer course. She also participated in SNCO’s "Center for Legal Education and Rehabilitation” Program and a series of tax courses. In 2022, she was also awarded an Insolvency Administrator certificate by the Ministry of Justice.
In her free time, Shushan likes reading and watching historical films. She is thinking of implementing new effective and gainful projects for developing educational and cultural life among young people living in various communities.
