Sky Striker Versus Snake-Eyes Master Duel Guide | Season 27

The greatest challenge for sky striker is to combat heavy recyclable archetypes. Lab was the hardest matchup for this deck leading up to the release of Snake-eyes and the Diabellstar package. With the never ending fire onslaught commencing, I thought I’d give a few tips on how to shut them down with our fav gal Raye and her companions.
This matchup is extremely difficult and requires nearly flawless play on the striker pilot as well as luck, and some misfortune for our snake eyes opponent.
The first card I would like to discuss is Ghost Bell & Haunted Mansion. This is a must have at 2-3 in striker for this format. This card not only protects your Raye from being banished by Called By The Grave, but also prevents your opponent from connecting several of the Snake Eyes 1 card combos. A combination of Bell and Ash Blossom or Bell and Imperm will likely have your opponent passing turn 1.
The second notable card this format for striker players would be Sky Striker Ace Azalea and multiple Nibs. Azalea is to rid your board of the nib on your turn and multiple nibs in the main deck is due to the overwhelming recyclability of Snake-Eyes. I have summoned 2 nibs back to back on both my opponents and my own turn. They usually cannot play through 2 nibs.
And lastly the anti hand trap line up with 2-3 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1-2 Triple Tactics Talents and the 2 Raigeki, 1 Feather Duster, and 1 more board breaker of your choosing. This not only ensures that you will gain some sort of advantage if hand trapped during your plays, but also ensures that you have multiple destruction effects as well as spells in the graveyard to further your advantage on your turn.
I do not recommend this deck at the moment as the format is very difficult to navigate. But if you’re already a striker player I hope this guide helps you dominate the abundance of fire players emerging!
