Hi from Edmonton Alberta Canada ! I haven't been to Waikiki since 1984, have been through much adversity since then. I am planning to finally return for the month of March 2025 God willing !
A Tip. If you visit in summer when the University is closed you can rent accomadation in the Halls of residence. Much cheaper than a Hotel and within easy reach of Waikiki Beach. The Ala Moana Centre and public transport. The university has a website with details of available dates and costs.

A pesar del gran número de personas, se nota un ambiente seco y aburrido, les falta el ambiente de las playas mexicanas, no vengan porque, comen y se van 😂 !

I was there in 1994 and I was literally the only person on the beach…mind you it was 2.30 am.on my way round oahu in a hire car….
