I would love to see a video on how to set up international sales. I set my account up on eBay however I have had only one sale so I feel that maybe it wasn’t done correctly . Also I had your product but I ended up canceling it because I felt it was too expensive as I don’t use it that much or hadn’t used that much. I work full-time outside of my eBay business and I don’t have a lot of time to do a lot of product research I wish you guys had a more lite version of Zik analytics that was a little less expensive. Firstly, because most buyers don't check the origin of the feedback and secondly because it will not have any negative impact from eBay's side. Right now, it isn't worth buy or selling anything on Ebay, so it is their demise that is coming. Kiss Ebay goodbye because they are phasing themselves out of business. Sad to say but when you charge so much to use the platform, they will go elsewhere to sell. Basically I have stopped using Ebay, it just isn't worth my time anymore.

When it comes to replacement or exchange it's good to keep it as option and communicate with your buyer in case this is needed.Some of them might prefer a different product maybe rather than a refund - and you can actually ask them some questions to negotiate a deal and keep your buyer happy

The main difference is that personal accounts are for casual buying and selling on eBay while business accounts are for handling products for release, making and selling items for profit, selling large number of goods on a regular basis. You can sell on different marketplaces without issue, all you need to do is log in to your account on other marketplace and list a product. Keep in mind to follow eBay policies. 👍

You can try and return this item to your supplier saying it's broken. Always make sure you give your buyer best customer support, if it's not too expensive item you can refund them for it but don't let them leave negative feedback on your store. If it's more expensive product that you think was damaged after buyer received it you can check out eBay sellers protection for more details about it. The important thing is to keep the customer satisfied - if it's not an expensive item then refund is the easiest option.

You should have matching information on both PayPal and eBay. Please have in mind that it's possible for either paypal or eBay to ask for identity verification so everything that you do is on your own responsibility. The safest way is to have real information on both

Yes, you need to set this up before you start selling your products, so everything is ready when you start making sales. eBay will have fee's for listing products, but you can contact them directly to see about other fee's that might be included. eBay does offer their mobile app, however, it would be best to contact their support directly and learning more about maintaining your eBay store from your smartphone

@@ZIKAnalytics The best thing is to stop any activity on ebay. When you make it hard to do something a person needs to evaluate the need to have the thing. Right now, it isn't worth buy or selling anything on Ebay, so it is their demise that is coming. Kiss Ebay goodbye because they are phasing themselves out of business. Sad to say but when you charge so much to use the platform, they will go elsewhere to sell. Basically I have stopped using Ebay, it just isn't worth my time anymore.

When it comes to replacement or exchange it's good to keep it as option and communicate with your buyer in case this is needed.Some of them might prefer a different product maybe rather than a refund - and you can actually ask them some questions to negotiate a deal and keep your buyer happy

You can update your checking account details in Seller Hub or My eBay.
To update your checking account details in Seller Hub:
Go to Payments in Seller Hub.
Select Edit next to Payout method.
Make your changes and select Update bank account.
To update your checking account details in My eBay:
Go to Payments in your My eBay.
Select Edit under your bank account labeled Used for payouts.
Make your changes and select Update bank account.
It usually takes 2 business days for changes to be confirmed.

The main difference is that personal accounts are for casual buying and selling on eBay while business accounts are for handling products for release, making and selling items for profit, selling large number of goods on a regular basis.

You can sell on different marketplaces without issue, all you need to do is log in to your account on other marketplace and list a product. Keep in mind to follow eBay policies. 👍

What if the buyer return broken item, what i have to do?
You can try and return this item to your supplier saying it's broken.
Always make sure you give your buyer best customer support, if it's not too expensive item you can refund them for it but don't let them leave negative feedback on your store.
If it's more expensive product that you think was damaged after buyer received it you can check out eBay sellers protection for more details about it.
The important thing is to keep the customer satisfied - if it's not an expensive item then refund is the easiest option.

eBay will have fee's for listing products, but you can contact them directly to see about other fee's that might be included.
