The best Walt Disney World videos found on the Interwebs are by Martin. Thank you for taking your time to bring these to us!
Just went a few weeks ago (I think you actually posted this while we were there Martin) If you don't need a kleenex after experiencing this attraction, you are dead inside (and I'm not even an American.) I love how Ben F & Mark Twain seem to keep talking to each other as the final closing music plays, like TV hosts talking to the off-camera techs as the music & credits roll on the evening news. It's a minor but poignant e.g. of the staggering amount of care that looks to have gone into this experience. What an amazing documentary on its creation. Thanks so much Martin.
Brought me to tears. I applaud and salute you Sir, well done.
Martin, thank you for putting these together. My wife and I watch them and marvel at some of the rare footage you are able to obtain and the surprising high quality of most of it. I know it must take a lot of work and I want you to know there are two fans here who really appreciate it.
The American Adventure is one of my favorite things at Disney World, my dad and I love it and it's a must do every time we go, we love the mayflower song in the beginning 😁
Watch this every year and it still never fails to tear me up. The edit and camera angles you got in this are spectacular and it really feels like I am there. Thanks Martin for doing this for us "Yankees". We appreciate it.
I just want to say is that this should be a Disney Historical national show.
I went there today and I just want to say it was as if I meet the spirit of America.
It's great to be able to come to this slightly older video and still hear the good version of Golden Dream.
Wow! I'm a retired Castmember, and I really want to thank you for this wonderful video. I'm really looking forward to coming back to see more.
Your Ultimate Tribute videos are filled with incredible detail, backstories, concept art, technical details and insider stills and vids; as a confirmed Diz-phile they are a thorough pleasure to enjoy. I can really appreciate both rides I love present and past, and can experience ones I never knew. Thank you!
I've just found this video. It brought back so many memories for me having visited in November 1982! Never seen the building/making scenes before - fantastic. Thank you so much. The only problem now is.....I want to get on the next flight over from the UK!!!
Beautiful job on this and ALL of these vids. I know there's SO much work to do on these (creating custom animated graphics to communicate concepts, sifting through miles of footage, syncing music, type, choosing an order, making sure EVERY current/past physical aspect is covered etc etc etc-- and ultimately making sure it is all correct). I appreciate the wonderful service you've painstakingly provided; especially because now I don't have to provide it (and it would've been worse anyway;))
Thank you so much for having captions on this video. Really appreciate that!!
My jaw has carpet burn from your marvelous work, Martin! This fabulous effort will necessitate several viewings to fully appreciate it. The toil of assembly alone must've been exhausting.
Mortals rarely attain perfection. Your fingertips have had its dust blown upon them from this treasure. May your satisfaction sate any cost exacted in its production.
Peace be with you...Lukerdog
This is a brilliant edit. The sound quality is superb.
A beautiful structure. Wonderful contents. A story with needful reminders, though it only barely scratches the surface of the American story. A video very well done, Martin! Well done! I so wish more were seeing these wonderful video works by you! They are really missing out!
Gosh, I love this video! Thank you for your vision!
This is something I've have long waited for and it is absolutely amazing. I love the videos so much and you always take the time and effort to makes these videos so amazing. They are breathtaking and sometimes I learn more things about these shows and rides and especially the history of the park. Can't wait to see what others you have planned for us. Thank you Martin!!!
Thank you for sharing this video!! Great memories of this exhibit, when I went there in '84.
That was amazing. I have always loved this show...but never knew how it was done. Loved the history and the building
Beautiful tribute. Such an inspiring video. I just love the music. Wonderful work.
Loved your video on the Timekeeper and now I'm watching all your vids! Excellent work.
This was great!!!! and the end music is what was on my mind tonight... it cured my sadness of not being "home". I have 47 days till I return!
Your work is phenomenal!!! I can watch this over and over again and find new things every time. THANK YOU!
The interesting thing is that I can see both of them getting along extremely well.
THANK YOU for posting this! I had found an earlier version but the closing song was not the same and the video didn't include the World Trade Center in ruins and the photo of our GREAT men and women in uniform! VERY moving! The American Adventure is one of our very favorite shows at EPCOT. We've actually seen it so many times that I, as a music enthusiast, has learned the words to every song! LOVE IT!
Magnificent! Beautiful work - your passion comes through!
Outstanding Martin - one of your best! Love your videos.....
Thank you so much for all the work you've put into this video. It is extremely thorough going to the present.
Thanks, Martin, for this fantastic and beautiful tribute!
I cry like a baby watching this show.
I'm enjoying the hell out of these videos! Thank you for your hard work and your willingness to share it.
Great job Martin. You really do a great job and the wonderful backstories are the icing on the cake. You need to come do some of these about Walt's own park of Disneyland.
I wanted to say that this is GREAT work Martin. I've watched this a few times. Feels like I'm at EPCOT..
THANK YOU for this beautiful tribute and especially the comparisons of updates! Those A100 Animatronics are incredible!
I've been waiting for this! And I'm just gonna say that I have my future planned out because of you. If it wasn't for your EPCOT tributes, I would've never been inspired to become an imagineer. Many thanks :D
Wonderful video as always! I just saw this show for the first time and was really wondering about how the animatronics and sets appeared and I just knew you'd have a video all about it. Thank you =)
Excellent job Martin. I follow just about all your videos and especially our HD ones and tributes. Frankly, I preferred the AA figures of the 1982 to 1993 show prior to the AA makeover. The updated movements might have been superior but the look of the facial features seemed to me vastly inferior especially with Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin and Mark Twain.
Martin rules! I like Mark Twain's daughter... Shania. Even though she is Canadian. EPCOT - 1982?
Anyone else noticed that they are playing the song “Corner of the sky” from the Broadway musical “PIPPIN” at 10:43?! I love that song! 😍😍😍
Very good quality of a powerful show!
To see just the Actual show itself go to 20:30 in the video. The show ends at 50:00.
It’s about a 30 minute show. Love it!
Thanks for the video! This is awesome!!!
Late though I am.... fantastic work as always.
Great video!
Hey Martin - where did you get such a clean audio source. As always - a FANTASTIC job!
+HarringtonTribal Just listened with headphones and I can hear the EXPERT fades from source to source. AMAZING attention to detail - a usual!!!
If Mr. Rogers isn’t part of the ending montage, he definitely should be!
Excellent!
Very interesting and well done video !!
I've been wanting to know the name of the painting at 28:30 for YEARS with no luck. :( Absolutely GLORIOUS.
Odd, Google Lens can't find it either. I doubt it's an original by Disney... maybe there was just a lot of art made in that time, too much to document, and Disney found this in some archive or museum.
Great great great video! Thanks! I prefer the 1993 "Golden Dream".
23:40 always gets me in the feels
I feel like this American Adventure attraction is somewhat of an extension of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.
Likewise for The Hall of Presidents.
What's the song called at 19:30? I heard while I was there last week and I couldn't figure it out. It was really awesome to see in person again!
Do they allow filming in this attraction?
Great job! I just wished we could get the American congress to be more proactive and sensitive to the needs of the American people so America can spread its golden wings further!
Does anyone know what Twain says at 33:05 after
A thousands noble currents,……………., all pouring into one.
I can’t understand what he says. It’s been bugging me for years.
Please They Need To Bring The American Adventure To Tokyo DisneySea's Philadelphia Waterfront: The Upcoming and Philadelphia and Colonial American Themed Port Pavilion
So what grand plan does EPCOT have for 2026, the 250th Birthday of America? It's only 5 years away. I hope the Disney people have something really great planned.
Now that we have Trump, I need this for hope more than ever. God Help Us.
Now that we have Biden, I need this for hope more than ever. God Help Us. 💀
I’m curious to how they would update it after this deadly pandemic has come upon us.
Dandy, Yankee Doodle!!
They removed Jeffersons wig...looks better with it.
Cool to see they update the video at the end. As of 2022 it features Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. Not really sure how Zuckerberg made it in there 🤣 he's done virtually nothing helpful
Currently 27 minutes in. When does the video mention the indigenous people of the American continent? You know, the wholesale slaughter, the bounties paid for scalps "regardless of sex or age".
Ahh, 230 years into American history and there's a twenty-second fluff segment. Oof.
This show focuses on the good parts, joy and the American spirit. There will always be bad parts, but if they focused on those, it wouldn't be a very good show would it?
I still don't like that watermark...
Happy 4th and black lives matter
BLM is a marxist organization founded in wanting the division of people based on race. This is an old socialist tactic first used amongst the classes in Europe and now among the sexes and races in America to disunite the people and sow discontent and hatred.
How do you actually stop racism? Stop talking about. Legit laugh at the thought of it, which is why racist jokes are funny. They aren't supposed to be taken seriously, and if you do, who the hell is the racist?
I came here for the Golden Dream. Such a beautiful and inspiring song.
