Ingredients: 10 Garlic pods
1/2 tsp Cumin
4-5 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
1/3 cup Mint
3/4 cup Coriander
3 sprigs Curry Leaves
1 Lemon Juice
Salt
Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
Grind to a smooth and thick paste
1/2 kilo Fish
Add the masala paste
2 tbsp oil Coat the Masalas well
Rest the fish for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
