He definitely needs more active frames on a majority of moves
I can’t believe Geras went from having so many skins in mk11 to having one of the least in mk1 and yet Johnny, Mileena and Kitana continue getting special treatment
They usually give skins based on use rate. Nobody plays him in this game really so he isn’t going to get a ton of skins
