What is the entire electrical part called ? The part that has the heating element and gauge and the plug in. Trying to get a replacement but dont kniw what to type in on amazon.

just received as a gift used one time 2nd time no heat looks like reset button is lit so i pressed it for 3 sec to reset still no heat power on no ready to use Greene light , this item is brand new .

I just received this deep fryer, I was just trying to turn it on just to make sure it works. I didn't put in any oil yet and the safety switch has been activated but the power light does not come on when I plug it in and turn the knob. Am I missing something?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Please make sure you set the Timer Knob to a time and the Temperature Knob to a temperature setting.
If there are still not lights and you have Reset the heating element and also assembled everything so the safety switch is activated, please contact us at [e-mail] for further assistance.

Hi there! quick question.
Am I suppose to pour cooking oil through the black and white filters in the lid? also, where can I buy filter replacements when the old ones get too worn?

No you do not. Pour oil directly out from the pan when discarding. The filters are used for filtering smells.

Got this as a gift, new. Used once, and never worked again, tried reset button, aligned the groves correctly for the safety switch. Nothing.
