That “egg head” definitely inspired me to train for my first triathlon! I’m doing my first one ever this July 14 and have been training since January
I have always been a runner but I am terrified of drowning. I have always been curious if I could do a triathlon but the swimming always gave me pause. Steph, you inspired me to face my fears and find a way through it. My irrational fears are still there but I am swimming and making progress and so proud of how far I’ve come in such a short time ❤️

You really are such an incredible human being and I know that its so difficult to be able to do what you do.
